Use of Microsoft 365 for university business provides enterprise level security controls and is compliant with university policies. OneDrive included in Microsoft 365 is the University of Houston’s official cloud storage, communication, collaboration, and productivity platform for faculty, staff, and students. Review sharing/permissions at the beginning of each semester.You can share either individual files, or a whole folder. In OneDrive, team members can store their own business-related files. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and sign in with your user name and password.
